  • Responsible for daily management and training operation of the institution.

Internship Opportunities

Corporate Communications Intern | Beijing | Posted on January 26, 2024

Your Tasks:

  • Maintain and further develop the AHK Greater China website.
  • Support our official communication channels: editing articles, modifying pictures, preparing content to be posted on WeChat and Weibo.
  • Support the Corporate Communications team with various internal and external communication formats as well as Media Relations. You will help the team execute multimedia productions with external service providers; assist with organizing and maintaining the editorial calendar.
  • You will work & liaise closely with the entire organization and key-personnel in Communications, Membership, and other internal departments

Requirements/Qualifications:

Description of this internship:

  • Closely working together with the AHK content creator in Shanghai
  • Assisting different types of video/photo projects (first idea, script, planning, photo/video shooting, post-processing and finalizing)
  • Responsible for editing videos, subtitling, color correction, audio processing, and ensuring quality output within given deadlines

Requirement

  • Research on the current economic situation of China, the latest topics focusing on German business in China and global business trends
  • Supporting different publications and communication channels: writing articles, adjusting content, preparation of invitation mailings and WeChat postings, arranging data
