Nanchang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone
Sino-German (NCHDZ) Industrial Park is located in Nanchang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone(or NCHDZ), Jiangxi Province. Located in the southeast of China, Jiangxi Province is the central hinterland of Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone, Pearl River Delta Economic Zone, and Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone. NCHDZ is a national high-tech zone approved by the State Council in November 1992, covering an area of 286 km², it is located at the east gate of Nanchang city and has jurisdiction over two towns and two departments. Its population is about 600,000. There are 31,000 existing enterprises in the area, including a total of 23 Fortune Global 500 Companies, China Fortune 500 Enterprises or Top 500 Chinese Private Firms. There are also 19 listed companies headquartered in the zone. In 2023, the GDP of the zone was 100.21 billion RMB, and the industrial revenue of the zone accounts for over 52% of Nanchang's industrial revenue, supporting half of the city's industrial development. In the comprehensive ranking of 178 national level high-tech zones in China, it has surpassed and advanced for eight consecutive years, ranking 22nd, thus standing firm in the “1st phalanx”.
Planning of Sino-German (NCHDZ) Industrial Park
Currently, NCHDZ is making every effort to build a provincial-level Sino German cooperation platform, making it a new gateway for foreign cooperation and a new highland for industrial development in the province. Sino-German (NCHDZ) Industrial Park covers an area of 286 km², with approximately 1.3 km² designated as the core area and a 50 km² area surrounding the core area as the expansion area, aiming to achieve integrated development. It is committed to attracting high-precision and cutting-edge manufacturing enterprises, hidden champion enterprises, and technological innovation leaders from German speaking countries and regions to settle in, promoting the agglomeration and development of leading industries such as electronic information and photovoltaic industry, medical and health industry, aviation manufacturing, and new materials in the park.

NCHDZ has established a leadership group for the park. For the investment of foreign-funded enterprises, NCHDZ will set up a dedicated project service team to provide barrier-free English and German communication. According to the project requirements, a one-enterprise-one-policy undertaking scheme will be given in terms of site, taxation, investment in fixed assets, logistics and sales, and professional services will be provided in administrative approval, so as to create a business environment with the best policies, the lowest cost, and the best and fastest service.
