2020 Election of German Chamber North China Board

Update:

Due to the circumstances of the COVID-19 outbreak and in order to safeguard the health and safety of the German Chamber members, the Board of the German Chamber of Commerce in China | North China decided on 28 April 2020 to change from physically convening the annual General Meeting 2020 to adopting decisions of the General Meeting by means of a Written Procedure by Online Vote, to conduct the Board Election solely through Online Vote during the voting period of 30 April to 21 May 2020, and to hold an online conference on 27 May 2020 to present the result of the Online Vote(“Online Conference”).

We invite you to an Online Conference to present the Board Report and the Treasurer’s Report, as well as to report the result of the Online Vote of the Board Election 2020.

HOW TO VOTE

Online Voting: From April 30 to May 21, 2020

As a voting member of the German Chamber you will receive an email with an access link and login credentials to our online voting platform. You can then cast your ballot anonymously, easily and quickly on our online voting platform. If you are not sure who is registered as representative of your company with voting rights or if you have any other inquiries, please contact our office at chamber(at)bj.china.ahk.de. Please note that online voting closes on May 21, 2020, at 11PM.
