Sino-German Tianjin Daqiuzhuang Eco-City

In 2014, Premier Li Keqiang and German chancellor Angela Merkel jointly published China-Germany Practical Cooperation with the Theme of Shaping Innovation Together. In 2015, Both parties from Chinese and German governments signed Memorandum of Understanding on the Implementation of the Sino-German Urbanization Partnership Cooperation，which clarified multiple areas and methods of cooperation under urbanization. On this basis, CSUS and DENA launched the international cooperation project of "Demonstration City of Sino-GermanEco-cities".

In 2019, with the support and leadership of CSUS, DENA, Jinghai District Committee & Jinghai District government of Tianjin, the Eco-City unswervingly implement the new development concept, take the opportunity of international cooperation and demonstration, and learn from the advanced German Philosophy, has achieved initial results of the comprehensive work in the aspects of urban design for eco-city, Sino-German cooperation and exchanges, international publicity of eco-city, cooperation with social capital etc.
