The construction land areas of the two plots are 33394.2 square meters and 29062.9 square meters respectively, with a total construction land area of 62457.1 square meters. The construction areas are 47867.68 square meters and 52752.57 square meters respectively, with a total construction area of 100620.25 square meters.
Project Functional Positioning
This park project mainly consists of four parts. The first part is the production plant with specific customer requirements. The customized area mainly consists of one multi story factory building with a building area of approximately 20315 square meters; The second part is a standard factory building, including 5 multi story factories with a building area of approximately 59908 square meters, 1 single story factory with a building area of approximately 6405 square meters, and 1 multi story warehouse with a building area of approximately 5168 square meters; The third part is production supporting buildings, including one comprehensive building, mainly used for party building, cafeteria, small supermarkets, fitness, etc., with a construction area of approximately 5869 square meters; The fourth part is the auxiliary buildings in the park, including electricity user stations, garbage rooms, garages, gatekeepers, auxiliary warehouses, etc., with a construction area of approximately 2955 square meters.
Park staffing
After the completion of this park project, the planned number of residents is about 1100, including about 200 management personnel and about 900 production personnel, with a gender ratio of 7:3. Production is divided into two shifts.
