We warmly invite you to attend the German Pavilion at the 2023 EAEF Economic & Trade Cooperation Expo and China (Shaanxi) Import & Export Commodities Exhibition, and Borderless·Euro-Asia Lifestyle Fest in Xi'an. This year will be the first year that AHK Greater China brings German companies and German federal states to present their products and services at this expo.
The exhibition is organized by Xi'an Municipal People's Government and Shaanxi Provincial Department of Commerce. Euro-Asia Economic Forum (EAEF) is a national foreign-related forum approved by the State Council of China, targeting the vast Eurasian region. Since its inception in 2005, it has been held once every two years, and has been successfully held nine times. Past exhibitions consisted of comprehensive expositions, thematic exhibitions, and cloud exhibitions with a display area of 27,000 square meters, 25 participating countries and regions, more than 400 exhibitors, and a cumulative participation of more than 15,000 people. This year's EAEF will be held under the theme of "Creating Opportunities for Cooperation and Seeking Development in the Future". It will be accompanied by the Economic & Trade Cooperation Expo and China (Shaanxi) Import & Export Commodities Exhibition, in order to build up a more practical and broader platform for cooperation and exchange.
AHK Greater China will form the German Pavilion together with German companies and German federal states. German companies from various industries such as consumer goods, food, tourism, technology, etc. are welcome to join the pavilion. The organizer will invite targeted professional audiences from China and abroad, more than 100 provincial and municipal professional media outlets and national financial information media outlets, as well as internet media for media exposure, to create an innovative platform for exhibitors to display and communicate as well as connect supply and demand, in order to help enterprises effectively promote their brands and find cooperation opportunities.

*Please kindly note that after the exhibitors confirm the participation in EAEF IMP & EXP EXPO, exhibitors can apply for Life Festival booth from the organizer. After the organizer has verified that the brand tone is consistent with the Lifestyle Fest, the exhibitor will get the booth of Lifestyle Fest.
Participation cost for German pavilion:
Booth space: 10-12 sqm
Member price: RMB 5,000 (incl. tax)
Non-Member price: RMB 5,800 (incl. tax)
The cost of the German Pavilion includes raw space, booth construction and the marketing services of AHK Greater China and 6.72% VAT.

Borderless Euro-Asia Lifestyle Fest, as a supporting activity of the exhibition, provides a stage for consumer goods. The venue is adjacent to Xi'an's landmark Great Wild Goose Pagoda, the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City as well as the Shaanxi History Museum, 100+ residential districts, 5 institutions of higher learning and key subway stations, which brings its own strong traffic.
