LEAN SIX SIGMA ONLINE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
What is Lean Six Sigma?
Lean Six Sigma is one of the most well-known frameworks for business process planning and optimization.
Six Sigma comprises a set of quantitative tools to achieve world-class process performance and a virtually zero-defect quality.
By combining Lean Management and Six Sigma we can use a data-driven management approach to not only enhance quality, but also decrease inventory levels, shorten lead-times, and increase flexibility of our production.
