Course Content & Objective:

During times of change employees normally go through a phase of denial, falsely believing that the change will not affect them, or it will soon be over again. During this time, it is important to communicate with candor, not shying away from repeating the tough truth over and over again. Once the change starts affecting people, they can no longer deny the facts and go into resistance. The pain derives from not being able to let go from the good old times. This is a time when many get stuck and productivity goes down. This is the time when most leaders fail to show empathy and understanding for their staff which is most needed in order to bring them to acceptance and back on track as fast as possible. Only after having reached this acceptance people can enter the phase of exploration and finally commit to the change.

This Leadership workshop which is split into two sessions of 2.5 hours will support you in leading more successfully during times of change in order to regain higher levels of productivity and collaboration.
