We are pleased to introduce Jan Roennfeld as the new Executive Director & Board Member of the German Chamber of Commerce in China - South & Southwest China, based in Guangzhou. Jan Roennfeld took on his role a few weeks ago and has already been traveling across the region to meet with our members, partners, and clients. While he is new to China, Jan brings extensive experience from his many years with the German Chambers of Commerce Abroad (AHKs) network:
Since 1998, he has been with the German Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jakarta, serving as Head of Environment Technology Promotion, Head of Business Development, and, since 2004, Delegate of the German Industry in Indonesia & Executive Director. His professional journey also includes senior roles at the German American Chamber of Commerce (New York), alongside board positions in several business and cultural organizations across Germany and Asia.
