Responsibilities:

  • Project Implementation and management for assigned small-scale projects/events and support implementation of big -scale project/events in East China to achieve the goals
  • Event administrative and logistic tasks: support with the team for events preparation, execution and follow-up to achieve the goals. (incl. big and small-scale events in East China)
  • Internal reporting: responsible for events data maintenance: data preparation for annual report and other documentations, events statistic maintenance, events capacity, monthly KPI, CRM events data etc.
  • Events promotion, invitation and events tool management: create, design and promote events through various social media channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Shape our advocacy agenda towards the Chinese and German government and pinpoint challenges and opportunities within the economic policy landscape for over 5,000 German companies in China.
  • Provide valuable economic policy analysis which serves as a basis for decision-making for German companies in China.
  • You will identify and initiate actions around crucial policy topics which drive Sino-German relations.
  • You will be liaising closely with the German, foreign, and Chinese business community in China to exchange on current issues.
  • You will drive projects and topics forward, including gathering input from the business community and drafting a range of publications, such as advocacy papers.

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships in the German market (AHK, DIHK, industry associations, corporate partners, trade shows, media).

  • Research on the current economic situation of China, the latest topics focusing on German business in China and global business trends.

  • Desktop Support: Respond to IT tickets and resolve user requests, including troubleshooting for Windows OS, Office 365, Teams, and other common office software.
