YANZHOU INDUSTRIAL PARK is located in Yanzhou District of Jining City, one of the ancient nine provinces of China. It sits at a key junction of the Beijing-Shanghai transportation artery and is at the heart of the Lunan Economic Circle in Shandong Province, which is a significant area of development. In 2024, the park’s gross regional product reached CNY 27.8 billion, with foreign trade imports and exports totaling CNY 16.308 billion. Revenue from industrial enterprises above designated size amounted to CNY 81.91 billion, while the total output value was CNY 19.66 billion, generating a tax revenue of CNY 2.54 billion.
Yanzhou Industrial Park consistently adopts a “global village” perspective, deeply cultivating the world market and vigorously developing an export-oriented economy. The park has planned and constructed the China-Europe International Cooperation Industrial Park, covering an area of 16 km². This park is one of the first international cooperation parks in Shandong Province and serves as a significant platform for openness, gathering valuable resources and favorable policies.
The park focuses on developing two major industrial clusters: the advanced equipment manufacturing industry, which primarily develops high-end CNC machine tools, automotive parts, and prefabricated construction machinery; and the high-end rubber new materials industry, emphasizing high-performance passenger car tires and engineering rubber. Currently, the park houses 16 European companies, including Pirelli from Italy, Continental from Germany, and Kemira from Finland, establishing stable bilateral investment relationships with enterprises from nine EU member states, including Germany, France, and Italy. Collaborative efforts with European parks, chambers of commerce, and companies such as the Dalarna Technology Park of Sweden and the Central and Eastern European Business Association have built a “rainbow bridge” for multi-faceted cooperation between Chinese and European enterprises.
Yanzhou Industrial Park boasts fully equipped services that connect with international standards, including education, healthcare, international hotels, and large supermarkets, creating a vibrant “ten-minute living circle” with a distinct European charm, allowing companies to experience a warm and inviting atmosphere. The Yanzhou-Europe Cargo Train, departing from the park, passes through Kazakhstan, Russia, and Belarus, and reaches several cities in Central and Eastern Europe, including Warsaw, Poland, Hamburg, and Duisburg in Germany.
With a superior environment and high-quality services, the China-Europe International Cooperation Industrial Park aims to “forge a sword in ten years,” planning to sign agreements for 100 foreign investment projects and attract USD 5 billion in foreign capital over the next decade. It aspires to become a national leader in cluster development for European projects, an international logistics hub, and a new highland for openness.
