Sino-Swiss Zhenjiang Ecological Industrial Park

The location is superior in transportation: surrounded by three airports and connected by three highways, as well as railroads and bridges. A multi-dimensional transportation network has been formed. Adjacent to Shanghai and Nanjing metropolitan circles, as a core area of the integrated development of Yangtze River Delta and Yangtze River strategic Economic Belt, ZETDZ has attracted total FDI of USD10 billion in the past 30 years and 30+ Fortune 500 companies have established a presence here. In the year 2024, local GDP reached CNY 91 billion and GDP per capita reached USD 46,800.  

ZETDZ has established its own pillar industries, so called “4+1” which are New Energy, New Materials, Aviation and Aerospace, Life Science and Intelligent Manufacturing. There are more than 20 German companies that have established a presence here, including chemical giants such as BASF and Evonik as well as family-owned hidden champion companies like Gerresheimer and Straub. Moreover, ZETDZ has attracted other European companies such as Shell, Total, Sandvik, Solvay, Clariant, Araymond etc. 

There will be a specialized team who are proficient in English and German that provides consulting services for International companies. The team will be responsible for communication with different local departments, such as commerce bureau, reform and development commission, environmental protection bureau, natural resources and planning bureau, and tax bureau, and for providing one-stop services from commercial register, investment approval to bank account opening, finance & HR consulting. ZETDZ will offer a range of preferential policies such as construction subsidies, rental exemption, talent & technology programs etc. 

There are more than ten universities and colleges in Zhenjiang which contribute roughly 100, 000 graduates to the job market.  

ZETDZ will offer efficient services and innovative integrated management; Over 80% of issues can be resolved online with non-meeting approval. By integrating its internal resources, regional shared assessments are innovatively implemented.
