Introduction


Why do we need communication? The reason is simple: we need to work together for results. “I do
not know why he does not come to this meeting. But I do, according to our rules and processes,
have sent him emails and copies others in.” Is this effective communication with “him”? Of course
NOT: communication is not to generate records, it is for results.
Although modern technologies put us closer and make our communication more convenient,
misunderstandings still cannot be eliminated. We ware our own “lenses” when communicating with
other and those “lenses” are made so much complicated by our cultural background, growing
experience, education, family etc. Those “lenses” control our ways of expressing ourselves,
listening to others and interpreting information. And all of these make interpersonal communication
highly complicated and challenging.

个人基本信息及授课风格
郝旺春老师拥有中国人民大学工商管理硕士和天津工业大学工学硕士学位。他曾先
后在私营企业及欧美500 强企业集团担任销售相关的中高级管理职位,不仅如此,他还
曾两次创业,并因此获得了更为宽广和丰富的管理体验。
在欧美企业集团服务期间,郝先生还经常以内部培训师的身份为集团内分公司、办
事处、经销商、供应商等提供培训服务,并深受好评。
郝老师拥有丰富的跨行业和跨文化工作经验,曾出访加拿大、德国、荷兰、法国、
卢森堡、瑞士、马来西亚、越南等十几个国家,在能源、机械、电子、汽车、塑料、橡
胶、包装、玻璃等领域与这些国家的专业人士开展合作。
在软实力工场成立之初,郝老师即应软实力工场创始人蒋齐仕老师之邀请,投身于
个人及团队软实力发展这一专业领域的研究、咨询和培训工作。在为客户提供服务同时
郝老师始终在听得见炮火的业务拓展一线耕耘,以切实的行动诠释软实力工场坚守的

Mr. HAO holds an MBA degree from Renmin Business School of Renmin University of China and a master degree of engineering from Tianjin Polytechnic University. He has successively served Chinese private enterprises and European & US top 500 companies in middle-senior managerial positions related to business development functions. He also tried twice to start his own businesses where he gained extensive entrepreneurial and management experience.

Mr. HAO has, for many years, delivered different training programs as internal trainer for branches, offices, dealers and suppliers while working in European and American companies.

Mr. HAO has extensive working experience in multi-industry and multi-culture environments. For business purposes, he had travelled to about 10 countries including Canada, Germany, Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Malaysia, Vietnam and so on to cooperate with multi-field professionals related to Energy, Machinery, Electronics, Automobile, Plastics,Rubbers, Packaging and Glass etc.

Invited by Mr. Chris JIANG, founder of Soft Power Works, Mr. HAO joined the platform as founding partner and decided to devote himself to the areas of serving teams and individuals to develop their soft power. Since the very founding of Soft Power Works, Mr. HAO has been working in two roles: a certified learning professional as well as leader in business development. This special arrangement greatly enabled him to fully practice what Soft Power Works preaches: exercising soft power in real work.

Mr. HAO,who developed a humorous, flexible and deep but easy teaching style, is good at co-creating in-depth learning experiences to support participants to achieve excellent learning results.
