Roedl & Partner is one of the leading German multi-disciplinary audit, legal and consulting firm with its headquarter in Nuremberg. Founded in 1977 in southern Germany, Roedl & Partner has expanded into 84 offices in about 37 countries.

Our growth has been directed by client demand, not our ambition. So we have opened offices only where we need to look after client interests. Rather than create an artificial network of franchises or affiliates, we chose to set up wholly-owned international subsidiaries. The reason? When we’re handling complex projects spanning dozens of countries, no other structure works as well as dealing with colleagues in the same firm. In China, Roedl & Partner to date is the only German consulting firm to hold both the auditing and the legal license. With 4 offices in Mainland China and Hong Kong we provide complete consulting services in legal and tax related matters to predominantly German and other European companies.
